Corona Virus Action
It is easy to understand the concerns many of our patients have about Coronavirus. Although the chances of catching the virus is currently low both the mortality and morbidity are significant for some. The staff and clinicians at our clinic take the responsibility to protect your health seriously. With this in mind, we have instituted the following measures at our clinic:
- Any staff member who are feeling unwell or showing symptoms will be asked not to come to work.
- We will regularly clean door handles and shared surfaces with antisept during the day and after the clinic closes.
- We will endeavour to be on time and we have elongating appointment length to reduce contact between patients.
- Only one client will be permitted to enter the clinic at a time. Please do not bring along a family member as we will be unable to allow them in. On conclusion of your treatment we will ask you to leave promptly.
- You will be offered an antiseptic hand gel when you arrive in the clinic and your temperature will be taken.
- Do not arrive for your appointment more than five minutes before your alloted time.
- If you do arrive early we will ask you to wait in your vehicle until called for by our clinic staff.
- Please use the bathroom before you leave for your appointment as the facilities at our clinic will not be available.
- Any patient who feels unwell or displaying symptoms are advised not to attend clinic.
Please do not attend clinic if any of the following conditions apply:
- You have had a positive test for Coronavirus in the last 14 days
